Left Ventricle: Non-dilated, non-hypertrophic, without intracavitary thrombi, no global or segmental contractility alterations are documented, a borderline LVEF of 52% with Teicholz calculation and 51% modified Simpson calculation, slight diastolic dysfunction due to alterations in the relaxation. Right Ventricle: non-dilated, non-hypertrophic, without intracavitary thrombi, preserved systolic function with 27 mm TAPSE Mitral valve: Gradient 3.08/0.97 mmHg, without regurgitation, mitral valve area 3.5 cm2 by THP of 62 msec. TRIVI 91 msec Aortic valve: Gradient 8.6/4.5 mmHg, without regurgitation, a Vmax of 1.47 m/sec is calculated Tricuspid valve: Maximum gradient of 25.5 mmHg, with slight regurgitation, PASP of 35.5 mmHg is calculated by retrograde gradient Pulmonary valve: calculation was not feasible due to poor acoustic window. Non-dilated left atrium and right atrium, both without intracavitary thrombi |
