Pharmacovigilance is the primary method used to identify hazards associated with medicinal products. Using generalized likelihood ratio tests, we examed the adverse reaction signals of the drug class Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) from World Health Organization’s Pharmacovigilance Database.
