Exploration of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that alter the expression or function of a gene may enable the development of diagnostics for endometrial cancer susceptibility. One hundred twenty four endometrium cancer patients who were referred for postoperative external radiotherapy and/or brachytherapy during the period between January 2002 and December 2012 at Uludag University Radiation Oncology Department.
