Trends in Recurrence of Keratocystic Odontogenic Tumor

The recurrence rate of 112 cases of Keratocystic Odontogenic Tumor (KCOT) were analyzed with regard to their location, size, locularity and treatment. 36 patients (32.1%) presented recurrence. Multilocular KCOT measuring more than 3.5 cm presented higher rate of recurrence.
