Adenomyosis is a rare cause of chronic pelvic pain or severe dysmenorrhea that presents in the adolescent population. Ovarian tumors in adolescents are a medical challenge due to their rarity. The aim is to describe a case of adnexal disease in a girl with hot flushes after treatment. A case of large bilateral cystic ovarian masses is reported. Initial imaging, including ultrasound (US) and computed tomography (CT), showed a large right ovarian cystic tumor, a smaller multicystic left ovarian tumor and multiple solid peritoneal implants suspicious for metastases.
