We report a rare case of a patient with known Child Class B type alcoholic cirrhosis who developed bleeding from an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) of scrotum after suffering a traumatic pelvic fracture. The patient subsequently developed hemorrhagic shock secondary to spontaneous bleeding from the scrotal AVM.
