Comorbidities include: 1Diabetes mellitus, 2Hypertension, 3Obesity, 4Coronary artery disease, 5Peripheral vascular disease, 6Chronic kidney disease, 7Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, 8Hyperlipidemia, 9Bipolar affective disorder, 10History of pulmonary embolism,11Hypothyroidism, 12Seizure disorder, 13Heart failure. HFNC, high-flow nasal cannula also showing the maximal flow (Flow Max) and the maximal inspired oxygen (O2 Max). Patient #1 was treated with BiPAP for a few hours and oxygen through a simple nasal cannula. IL-6 reference value < 5 pg/ml.
