Comorbidities include: ¹Diabetes mellitus, ²Hypertension, ³Obesity, ⁴Coronary artery disease, ⁵Peripheral vascular disease, ⁶Chronic kidney disease, ⁷Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, ⁸Hyperlipidemia, ⁹Bipolar affective disorder, ¹⁰History of pulmonary embolism,¹¹Hypothyroidism, ¹²Seizure disorder, ¹³Heart failure. HFNC, high-flow nasal cannula also showing the maximal flow (Flow Max) and the maximal inspired oxygen (O₂ Max). Patient #1 was treated with BiPAP for a few hours and oxygen through a simple nasal cannula. IL-6 reference value < 5 pg/ml.
