Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

·        ≥ 18 years of age

·        Ability to consent to and comply with study activities

·        Seeking treatment for nasal obstruction

·        NOSE Scale score ≥ 60

·        Nasal valve was a primary or significant contributor to the patient's nasal obstruction as determined by the study investigator (based on clinical presentation, physical examination, nasal endoscopy)

·        Positive response to any of the following temporary measures: Use of external nasal dilator strips (e.g., Breathe Right Strips), Q-Tip test (manual intranasal lateralization), use of nasal stents, or Cottle’s Maneuver (manual lateral retraction of the cheek)

·        Prior surgical treatment of the nasal valve within 6 months

·        Rhinoplasty, septoplasty, inferior turbinate reduction or other surgical nasal procedures within three months prior

·        Anatomy that required an adjunctive surgical nasal procedure on the same day or three months after the study procedure

·        Medical conditions which, in the opinion of the treating physician, would predispose the patient to poor wound healing or increased surgical risk
