Successful Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis C using Pegylated Interferon and Ribavirin in a Patient with Sheehan's Syndrome

A 50-year-old female with Sheehan's syndrome was treated for chronic hepatitis C using pegylated interferon-α2b and ribavirin. The patient's HCV-RNA status was negative by the fourth week and remained undetectable until the completion of treatment without signs that Sheehan's syndrome had been exaggerated.
