Fifty-four consenting patients with NSLBP were purposely recruited and were randomized to MLT and MPT group equally. Subjects in MLT and MPT received manual lumbar traction and prone traction respectively, 10 minutes, twice weekly for six weeks, while PI, Dis ROM and HRQoL were examined at baseline, 2nd, 4th, and 6th weeks of treatment.
