A 25-year old female presented with left upper quadrant pain of several weeks duration. Her labs were significant for elevated tumor markers including CA 19-9, CA 125 and CEA. Computed tomography of the abdomen showed ascites, ovarian cysts and enlarged spleen with a large cystic lesion measuring approximately 9.9 × 3.2 cm.
