469 charts were reviewed and 31 potential cases identified. 29 individuals were included with 20 successfully contacted. 11 cases met the classic definition (CD), 9 had intermittent cardinal symptom(s) (IS), and 9 had isolated periodic fever (IPF). Treatment included observation, steroid administration, and/or surgery (tonsillectomy or adenotonsillectomy).
