Dr. Tirotta is a member of numerous professional societies and has served on a number of hospital committees including the Heart Program Executive Committee. He previously served as the Co-Chair of the Miami Children's Hospital Physician Hospital Organization. He was also the recipient of the 'Robert D. Dripps Memorial Award' for the outstanding graduate resident in anesthesiology in 1990.
