A case of 31-year-old woman, G3P0 with an invitro fertilization and previous miscarriages, developed severe pre-eclampsia at 34 weeks of gestation. She underwent an emergency cesarean section for maternal indication. On the second postoperative day, she develops sudden unilateral blindness and blurred vision in the contralateral eye.
