Atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor (AT/RT) is a Grade 4 embryonal tumor, rare and aggressive, most often presenting in children 0-5 years of age. In the adult population, AT/RTs are exceedingly rare, and usually located intracranially in the supratentorial compartment. AT/RTs of the spine are even more uncommon.
