An aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma, with subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is most frequent lymphoid malignancy in this category, especially in the tonsillar region. However, despite the numerous clinical series available, there is a lack of clear clinicopathological and immunohistochemical characteristics available due to diverse patterns seen in this tumour.
