Dr. Mancianti is the member of Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, The Society of Protozoologists and International Society for Human and Veterinary Mycology. She published more than 150 peer reviewed papers dealing with Parasitology, Mycology, Zoonotic Parasites and Fungi. Dr. Mancianti's research interest includes application of biomolecular quantitative technologies in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of leishmaniasis and toxoplasmosis in dogs, cats and foxes, epidemiological studies on piroplasmosis, epidemiology, biochemical and molecular characterization of yeasts belonging to the genus Malassezia, study of essential oils as antimycotic drugs in fungi impacting on human health as well as animal welfare, epidemiology and molecular classification of haemoparasites of avian species, etc.
