A 24-year-old female patient was admitted to the emergency room with palpitations associated with precordial pain and dyspnea. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease. RA patients may undertake traditional therapy with antidepressants to control the depressive symptoms and to reduce their pain levels.
