We retrospectively analyzed the data base of the breast unit at King Fahd Hospital from January 2000 till May 2012. We calculated proportions with 95% confidence intervals (CI) and used Logistic regression analysis to explore the predictors. A benign cutaneous horn was evocated as its base was thin but the diagnostic of a pre invasive intraepithelial dysplasia or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin had to be eliminated by histological examination.
